Vortik Charcuterie was established as a family owned and operated company, the name itself comes from our grandfather who brought the recipe to North America. Our business was formed in 2013 but our experience in the industry goes back more than 20 years.
Our recipe dates back 3 generations to the regions of Kayseri where these delicious dishes originate from. From our very first ancestors, the philosophy has always been providing the highest level of quality meats to all of our customers. Today, operating under MAPAC inspected and accredited facilities, we adhere to standards and regulations of the utmost quality and safety.
